A use of our internet pages is basically possible without any indication of personal data. However, if you wish to make use of special services via our website, it may be necessary to process personal data. In particular, your e-mail address will be transmitted to us if you contact us by e-mail. By contacting us, you also agree that we may store and process your contact data in order to process your request.

 

Personal data will always be processed in accordance with the basic data protection regulation and in compliance with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to Ro 80 Club International e.V.
Article 6, paragraph 1 a DS-GVO serves as the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. Ro 80 Club International e.V. processes and stores personal data of the data subject only for the period of time necessary to achieve the purpose of storage or has been provided for, insofar as this has been provided for by the European Directive and Regulation Giver or another legislator in laws or regulations to which the data controller is subject. If the purpose of storage ceases to apply or if a storage period prescribed by the European Directive and Regulation Giver or any other competent legislator expires, the personal data will be blocked or deleted as a matter of routine and in accordance with the statutory provisions.

 

You have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored by us at any time. You have the right to have your personal data corrected, blocked or deleted (unless we are required to store it by other regulations or obligations). You can request changes or correction of your personal data at any time. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us accordingly with effect for the future. If you believe that the processing of personal data by us is unlawful, you have the right to complain.

 

The Ro 80 Club International e.V., as data controller, has implemented numerous technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data processed via this website is protected as completely as possible. Nevertheless, Internet-based data transmissions can generally have security gaps, so that absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, every person concerned is free to transmit personal data to us by alternative means, such as by telephone. 

  

Collection of general data and information 

  

The website of Ro 80 Club International e.V. collects a number of general data and information every time a data subject or an automated system accesses the website. These general data and information are stored in the log files of the server. The following can be recorded: (1) the browser types and versions used, (2) the operating system used by the accessing system, (3) the website from which an accessing system accesses our website (so-called referrer), (4) the sub-websites that are accessed via an accessing system on our website, (5) the date and time of an access to the Internet site, (6) an Internet Protocol address (IP address), (7) the Internet service provider of the accessing system and (8) other similar data and information which serve to prevent danger in the event of attacks on our information technology systems. 

 

When using this general data and information, Ro 80 Club International e.V. does not draw any conclusions about the person concerned. This information is rather required to (1) deliver the contents of our website correctly, (2) optimize the contents of our website as well as the advertising for it, (3) ensure the permanent functionality of our information technology systems and the technology of our website as well as (4) to provide law enforcement agencies with the information necessary for prosecution in case of a cyber-attack. These anonymously collected data and information are therefore evaluated by Ro 80 Club International e.V. on the one hand statistically and also with the aim of increasing data protection and data security in our company, in order to ultimately ensure an optimum level of protection for the personal data processed by us. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a person concerned. 

  

 

Data collection and processing in case of club membership  

 

With the new/rejoining of a member the Ro 80 Club International e.V. the following data are collected:

- surname, first name

- complete address

- Phone number

- Mail address (if available)

- Date of birth

- Bank details (SEPA)

 

This information is managed and maintained in a central system system (orgaMax - hosted on a server of the Buhl company in Germany) by the first chairman. A membership number is assigned and communicated to each club member. The personal data is protected by suitable technical and organizational measures from the cognizance of third parties and is only passed on internally if this is necessary for association activities or useful for the promotion of the association's purpose. If a person concerned has an interest worthy of protection which opposes the disclosure, e.g. telephone number, this will be taken into account. Vehicle-related data (Ro 80 - register) are kept in an internal register of vehicles by the relevant specialist. The corresponding keeper data is only used internally and is not passed on to third parties or published in lists. 

 

The executive committee announces special events of the club life, in particular the execution of club events in the clubs-own "Wankel-Journal". Personal membership data may be published in this journal. The individual member can object to such publication at any time to the board. In the event of an objection, no further publication will be made with regard to the objecting member. Digital membership directories are only handed out to members of the board and expert advisors who have a special function within the association and require this membership data in digital form. Regional regulars' table leaders only receive corresponding excerpts from the membership directory. Printed membership directories (membership number, name, complete address, telephone number) are available on the following occasions:

- for each member on new/rejoining

- on request by Club-Active 

 

Upon withdrawal, the member's data is deleted from the active member list. Personal data of the resigning member concerning the cash administration will be kept in the archives for up to ten years from the written confirmation of the resignation by the board of directors in accordance with the tax regulations and will not be distributed.
